How to activate Hailian VPN membership
Paid membership provides access to the member locations and benefits shown in the app, including the applicable data and device allowances. Check the current plan details before purchasing.
Purchase from the client
- Sign in to Hailian VPN.
- Open Membership.
- Choose a monthly, quarterly or annual term, or another term currently offered.
- Choose Activate membership and select an available payment method.
- Complete the instructions in the checkout window.
- Return to Membership and confirm the new expiry time.
The Windows, macOS and Android purchasing flow described in the Chinese guide supports Alipay and WeChat where those options are offered. Available methods depend on the checkout actually shown to you; an English website does not guarantee that every method is available in every country.
The iOS purchase flow has separate rules. Follow the options presented by the iOS app and the Terms of Service.
Member benefits
The plan screen lists the available countries, unlimited-data terms, simultaneous-device limit, routing modes, ad blocking and support benefits. These are account entitlements, so check the displayed plan rather than assuming that all accounts have the same limits.
If payment completed but membership has not updated, keep the payment reference and contact support. Do not repeatedly pay for the same order.
