These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hailian VPN application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Ocean Armor LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not available to anyone under 13.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Your account is for your personal use, and the number of simultaneous devices is limited by your plan. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account).

Some features require a paid membership. Prices, durations, and trial terms are shown in the app. A membership grants access for the stated period and does not auto-renew unless stated at the time of purchase. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, and any refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; for other purchases, payment is processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
We strive to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, servers, or the Service at any time. Network speeds and server availability vary.
The Service is provided to help protect your privacy and security. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a VPN is lawful where you are located. We do not encourage or condone any unlawful use.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCEAN ARMOR LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean Armor LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other appropriate means and take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
