This application ("Hailian VPN", the "Service") is operated by Ocean Armor LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
1.1 Account information: when you register or sign in, we collect your email address, your login password (stored salted-and-hashed; we cannot recover your plaintext password), and account identifiers such as your referral code.
1.2 Device information: to manage multiple devices and secure sign-in, we collect device identifiers, device name, operating system, and platform type.
1.3 Connection and usage data: to provide and maintain the VPN connection, we process connection start/end times, the source IP address of the connection, the server node you connect to, and the amount of data transferred. We use this to operate the Service, show online status, enforce plan and device-count limits, and prevent abnormal account sharing and abuse.
1.4 Anti-fraud information: to prevent duplicate reward claims and other fraud, we may record device and network characteristics at registration.
1.5 Payment information: when you purchase a membership, payment is processed by the applicable app store or third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials; we only receive the order and payment status to activate your service.
1.6 Support communications: when you contact support or send us feedback, we keep the relevant communications to handle your request.
We do not log your browsing history, the websites you visit, or the contents of your DNS queries, and we do not inspect or store the contents of the traffic you send through the VPN. We process only the connection metadata necessary to operate and protect the Service (as described above).

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except information we are required to retain to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We otherwise retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and salted-and-hashed password storage. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country or region. By using the Service, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, or export your personal information — including by using the in-app Delete Account option (Section 5) or by contacting us below.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service or related pages may include third-party services or links (e.g., payment, support). These have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for them and recommend you review them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other appropriate means and take effect upon posting.
